Sri Suresh Krishna is associated with the Company since inception and was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 15, 1979. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Madras Christian College in the year 1955, M.A. in Literature from the University of Wisconsin in 1959, and Post-graduate work in Literature in the University of Munich, Germany.

Sri Suresh Krishna is conferred with many awards, recognitions and laurels, the prominent among them being Padma Shri Award, the fourth highest civilian honour, by Government of India in 2006.

He currently serves as Director on the boards of T.V.Sundram Iyengar & Sons Private Limited, TVS Sundram Fasteners Private Limited and TVS Upasana Limited.

A visionary and results-driven business leader, Ms Arathi Krishna has over three decades of experience in steering the Company to success. Ms Arathi holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Stella Maris College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan Business School, USA.

She served as Executive Director from 2006 to 2011 and as Joint Managing Director from 2011 to 2018, reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director. On April 20, 2018, Ms. Arathi officially took on the role of Managing Director for the Company.

Ms. Arundathi Krishna was associated with Pond’s (India) Limited, as a Brand Manager during the year 1996 before joining Sundram Fasteners Limited in 1997 as Manager – Business Strategy and Systems. She is presently designated as Joint Managing Director.

Ms. Arundathi Krishna holds a Master of Arts degree in Econometrics from University of Madras ranked 2nd in graduating class and MBA from University of Michigan, USA.

Since joining Sundram Fasteners Limited, she has structured and developed Gear Shifter Assembly Project in the Company. She oversees the operations of TVS Upasana Limited and overseas subsidiaries of Sundram Fasteners Limited. She was engaged in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.

She currently holds the position of Managing Director in TVS Upasana Limited.

Ms. Preethi Krishna started her career in Sundram Fasteners Limited in the year 1988 and thereafter working in Whirlpool Corporation between 1991-94. Presently, a non-executive director in the Company, Ms. Preethi Krishna holds a degree in B.Sc., (Physics), Stella Maris College, M.A. Public Management, University of Madras, and M.B.A., Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, New York, USA

Sri Heramb R Hajarnavis is the founder and Managing Partner of SeaLink Capital Partners (SCP), a Private Investment Firm. Prior to founding SCP, he headed KKR’s Indian Private Equity business (KKR) during the period 2010 to 2014 and led the investments in Magma Fincorp, TVS Logistics, Alliance Tires and Gland Pharma.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

He currently serves on the board of India Nippon Electricals Limited, Surya Mother and Child Care Private Limited, Surya Children's Medicare Private Limited, Surya Mother and Child Care Jaipur Private Limited and Surya IVF Clinic Private Limited.

Sri S Mahalingam, a Chartered Accountant, began his career at Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) as an IT consultant and thereafter played a major role in marketing TCS services across the globe, developing processes and creating large software development centers for the Company.

Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of TCS in February 2003, Sri S Mahalingam has managed many of the key functions including Marketing, Operations, Education and Training as well as Human Resources.

He managed the company’s operations in London and New York in the early days of TCS’ global journey. In his role as CFO and Executive Director, he has managed Finance, Investor Relations, Administration, Infrastructure Planning & Development, Information Systems, Risk Management and Legal Departments. Domestic and International Taxation have formed an important part of his responsibilities.

He currently serves as Director on the boards of JSW Steel Limited , Sundaram Home Finance Limited, Delphi-TVS Technologies Limited, T VS Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited, Divinion Advisory Services Private Limited, CSI Publications, IIT Madras Research Park, Lessonleap Academy India Private Limited, Association of CFO Welfare India, and Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Kerala (Sec 25 Company).

Nirmala Lakshman is currently Publisher and Chairperson of The Hindu Group of Publications and was earlier Joint Editor of the paper. She founded and edited The Hindu Literary Review, conceptualized and created Young World, India’s only children’s newspaper supplement, and developed several other feature sections of The Hindu. She launched Lit for Life The Hindu’s annual literature festival and continues to curate it.

Nirmala has a PhD in Postmodern fiction, and has written a book on Chennai, Degree Coffee by the Yard and edited an anthology of contemporary India journalism, Writing a Nation. Her latest book The Tamils A Portrait of a Community has been launched in January 2025.

She is on the boards of several philanthropic trusts and also serves on the boards of a few companies.

She currently holds the position of Whole-time Director in THG Publishing Private Limited.

Sri R Vijayaraghavan, B.L, M.Sc., MBA., started his career as an officer in Reserve Bank of India. Thereafter, he was associated with the Law firm M/s. Subbaraya Aiyar, Padmanabhan and Ramamani, Advocates for the past three decades and currently is its senior partner.

Sri R Vijayaraghavan is a taxation expert with a consulting and litigation practice across India. He specializes in advising on taxation of non-residents, joint ventures and collaborations, double taxation avoidance agreements and transfer pricing agreements.

He has represented major corporate groups and bodies across India, especially South India, in all aspects of direct taxes, tax planning, and tax litigation.
